Your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address and e-mail correspondence are recorded by Maje Clinic in order to benefit from our services or to get information in the context permitted by the legislation.
To fulfill our legal obligations, to perform the services between Maje Clinic and the guest, for the reasons stipulated in the law, we collect it by your verbal, physical or electronic communication to us.

Your personal data will be processed by Maje Clinic for the following purposes within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
- Providing products or services, planning before and after service processes, planning and execution of operation processes, ensuring communication continuity in the execution of services in general,

- In all transactions that pose a risk, to obtain the approval of the person/s who made the transaction, to confirm the identity information,

Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Only; If requested due to our legal obligations, personal data is shared with the General Directorate of Security, prosecutor’s office and courts.
Rights of Personal Data Owner under KVKK No. 6698
In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply for the following purposes.
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
- If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
In this context, requests to Maje Clinic will be finalized within 30 days at the latest.
